The free first session is about 45 minutes. If it's a fit, the scoping asks around 5 hours of your time in total, spread across a few short conversations, so your team keeps working with no disruption. You get the written roadmap within about a week.

Nowhere it isn't already. Anything we build runs inside your own cloud and identity, using an AI provider you've already approved. Sensitive data is never sent to a public AI service, and a fully self-hosted setup is on the table.

No. We only fix what pays back, and sometimes we'll tell you to leave something alone. The fix might be automation, an AI model, or rebuilding the plumbing underneath. The goal is a result you can measure.

The first session is free. The diagnostic and any build are scoped and quoted up front as a fixed price tied to the result, never an open-ended hourly engagement.
